Where can I earn and use my points?
Earn on eligible QUANTUM Services and Packages. Redeem through The QUANTUM Collective online or in-centre. Retail products, Gift Cards, QUANTUM GO and THE QUANTUM EXPERIENCE are excluded from points earning and Collective redemption. GST is excluded where applicable.

How much can I redeem?
100 Reward Points unlock a $10 QUANTUM Reward.
The minimum redemption is 100 points ($10), and the maximum is 10,000 points ($1,000) in a single transaction.
When do points and rewards expire?
Points expire 12 months after they are earned. An issued Collective reward expires after 12 months if unused.
Welcome and Gold rewards last 7 days; Platinum and Collaborative Rewards last 1 month; the Friends Reward lasts 7 days.
Check the expiry shown on your issued reward.
Can I combine rewards with promotions?
Collective, Welcome, Gold, Platinum and Collaborative Rewards may be used with eligible deals and promotions.
The Friends Reward and VIP pricing cannot be combined with current deals or promotions.
Eligibility depends on the particular reward and offer.
Do gift card purchases earn points?
Buying a Gift Card does not earn points.
Paying for an eligible service with a Gift Card can earn points on that eligible service.
How are points different from spending milestones?
Reward Points can come from eligible spending and bonus activities, and are used for Collective rewards.
Gold, Platinum and VIP are unlocked by eligible spending.
Bonus points do not represent additional eligible spend.
What else should I know?
Points and rewards are personal, non-transferable and have no cash value. Refunds or cancelled bookings may result in points being removed. Chargeable or no-show appointments may still earn points under the program rules; the 20-appointment bonus requires completed appointments.
VIP purchases must be for the member who earned the status, not other members. QUANTUM may amend, suspend or discontinue the program, including eligible services, packages and rewards.
