what is bodyroll?

massage meets movement

BODYROLL is not a gym workout or a conventional hands-on massage. You move through a guided sequence over rotating wooden rollers while the device provides controllable pressure, warmth and light.
The profiled rollers deliver rhythmic mechanical massage across selected areas or a structured full-body sequence. Your QUANTUM Coach helps you position safely, choose a comfortable speed and understand each transition. Enjoy BODYROLL as a coach-led class with small-group energy, or choose a solo session when you want to work at your own pace.
Bodyroll class schedule

the technology - made simple

how bodyroll works

Four elements work together to create a comfortable, adjustable and purposeful wellness experience.
Profiled Wooden Rollers
Rotating, contoured rollers create rhythmic pressure to massage soft tissue and support body awareness, mobility and relaxation.

7 speed levels

Progressive pressure can be altered and pace gradually change when using our programmed protocols.
Adjustable Intensity
Roller speed, direction and session time can be adapted. New clients begin conservatively and build tolerance over time.

Infrared heat

Optional heat tailored to your comfort level. IR penetrated deep into your subcutaneous tissues.
Infrared IR Warmth
Optional infrared warmth supports comfort and tissue relaxation, with heat adjusted to your tolerance and suitability.

10.1 inch display

Clear visual position cues so you know the exact position to change to throughout your workout.
Collagen & Colour Light therapy
Integrated light features add a calming sensory layer and support careful, evidence-aware skin-appearance messaging.

preset & manual

Full sequence or focused areas. Our 25 minute and 40 minute solo sessions and our BodyRoll Classes incorporate all 15 body positions.

HOW CAN BODYROLL HELP?

FEEL BETTER IN YOUR BODY

recovery & muscle soreness
Rhythmic massage and adjustable pressure may help ease post-exercise soreness and create a relaxed recovery experience. It complements—not replaces—medical or rehabilitation care.
daily muscle tightness
Moving over the roller can provide temporary relief from general tightness caused by work, travel, training or long periods of sitting and standing.
mobility & flexibility
BODYROLL positions encourage controlled movement and tissue pressure that may help you feel looser and more aware of how different areas move.
flow - circulation & lymphatic support
Mechanical massage and warmth can create a temporary feeling of improved flow and lighter legs. BODYROLL is not medical lymphatic drainage or lymphoedema treatment.
relaxation & Reset
Repetitive rolling, warmth and a quiet studio environment can help you slow down and turn recovery into purposeful self-care.
skin appearance
Mechanical massage and light features may temporarily support skin texture and appearance. Results vary and are not permanent fat or cellulite removal.

full bodyroll sequence - detailed protocol Breakdown.

The following is our QUANTUM Full Body BODYROLL Sequence. We explain the entire program, explain what is happening throughout the BodyRoll Program, and how your body responds to the treatment.
01 - feet
Your BODYROLL session begins at the feet, providing a gentle introduction to the rollers, speed and infrared warmth before progressing through the lower body. The profiled wooden rollers apply rhythmic pressure across the soles, helping mobilise the plantar soft tissues, ease feelings of tightness and stimulate the foot’s sensory receptors. Infrared warmth gently raises the temperature of the skin and superficial tissues, supporting local vasodilation and circulation. Together, the warmth and rolling action prepare the feet and lower legs for the positions that follow. Pressure can be adjusted simply by changing how much body weight is placed against the rollers.
03 - Outer Thigh · R
This position targets the lateral thigh, including the vastus lateralis and the soft tissues surrounding the iliotibial band. The rotating rollers apply rhythmic pressure to help mobilise these tissues and ease feelings of muscular tightness—without claiming to “stretch” the iliotibial band itself. Infrared warmth gently heats the skin and superficial tissues, supporting local circulation and relaxation. Pressure is controlled by shifting body weight, keeping direct pressure away from the hip and knee joints.
05 - Inner Thigh · R
This position targets the right adductor muscles, which help draw the leg inward and contribute to hip and pelvic stability. The rotating rollers apply controlled, rhythmic pressure to the inner-thigh soft tissues, helping mobilise the area and ease feelings of muscular tightness. Infrared warmth supports local circulation and relaxation by gently heating the skin and superficial tissues. Pressure should remain comfortable and focused on the muscular area, away from the groin and knee joint.
07 - Front Thighs
This position targets the quadriceps—the large muscle group responsible for straightening the knees and assisting with hip movement. The rollers apply rhythmic pressure across the front of both thighs, helping mobilise the surrounding soft tissues and ease feelings of tightness associated with exercise, prolonged sitting or repetitive activity. Infrared warmth gently heats the skin and superficial tissues, supporting local circulation and muscular relaxation. Pressure remains focused on the muscular thighs and away from the kneecaps and hip bones.
09 - Buttocks
This position targets the gluteal muscles, which support hip movement, pelvic stability, posture and lower-body power. The rotating rollers apply rhythmic pressure across the muscular area of the buttocks, helping mobilise the surrounding soft tissues and ease feelings of tension caused by exercise or prolonged sitting. Infrared warmth gently heats the skin and superficial tissues, supporting local circulation and relaxation. Pressure can be adjusted by shifting body weight and should remain on the muscles, away from the tailbone and prominent hip bones.
11 - Waist / Hips · L
This position targets the soft tissues around the left lateral hip and waist, including the gluteal muscles, tensor fasciae latae and abdominal obliques. These muscles assist with pelvic stability, lateral movement and control of the trunk. Rhythmic rolling pressure helps mobilise the area and ease feelings of muscular tightness, while infrared warmth gently heats the skin and superficial tissues to support local circulation and relaxation. Pressure remains focused on the muscular areas, away from the hip bone and lower ribs.
13 - Back
This position targets the broad muscular areas of the back, including the erector spinae, latissimus dorsi and surrounding postural muscles. The rotating rollers apply rhythmic pressure to help mobilise the soft tissues and ease feelings of tightness associated with prolonged sitting, repetitive activity or exercise. Infrared warmth gently heats the skin and superficial tissues, supporting local circulation and muscular relaxation. Pressure should remain comfortable, with excessive force avoided over the spine, lower ribs and other bony areas.
15 - left arm
This position applies gentle rolling pressure to the muscular areas of the left arm, including the biceps, triceps and forearm muscles. Treating each arm separately allows the position and pressure to be adjusted for differences in comfort or sensitivity. The rhythmic rolling action helps mobilise the surrounding soft tissues and ease feelings of tightness, while infrared warmth gently heats the skin and superficial tissues to support local circulation and relaxation. Direct pressure is avoided over the elbow, wrist and armpit.
02 - calves
Moving upward from the feet, the rollers apply rhythmic pressure to the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles of the calves. This mechanical action gently compresses and mobilises the surrounding soft tissues, helping reduce feelings of tightness and promote muscular relaxation. Infrared warmth raises the temperature of the skin and superficial tissues, supporting local circulation and making the area feel more supple. Pressure can be adjusted by changing how much weight is placed against the rollers.
04 - Outer Thigh · L
The left-side position applies the same focused rolling action to the lateral thigh, including the vastus lateralis and soft tissues surrounding the iliotibial band. Treating each side separately allows body weight and pressure to be adjusted for individual comfort and sensitivity. The combined mechanical pressure and infrared warmth help mobilise the superficial tissues, support local circulation and ease feelings of muscular tightness around the outer thigh and hip.
06 - Inner Thigh · L
The left-side position applies controlled rolling pressure to the adductor muscles and surrounding soft tissues of the inner thigh. These muscles assist with hip control, pelvic stability and drawing the leg toward the body’s midline. Rhythmic mechanical pressure helps mobilise the area and ease feelings of tightness, while infrared warmth gently heats the skin and superficial tissues to support local circulation and relaxation. Pressure remains focused on the muscular thigh, away from the groin and knee joint.
08 - Back Thighs
This position targets the hamstrings—the muscles responsible for bending the knees, extending the hips and controlling the legs during walking and running. The rotating rollers apply rhythmic pressure across the back of both thighs, helping mobilise the soft tissues and ease feelings of muscular tightness. Infrared warmth gently heats the skin and superficial tissues, supporting local circulation and relaxation. Pressure should remain on the muscular portion of the thighs and away from the sensitive area directly behind the knees.
10 - Waist / Hips · R
This position targets the soft tissues around the right lateral hip and waist, including the gluteal muscles, tensor fasciae latae and abdominal obliques. These areas contribute to pelvic stability, side-to-side movement and trunk control. The rollers provide rhythmic pressure to help mobilise the tissues and ease feelings of tightness, while infrared warmth supports local circulation and relaxation. Pressure should remain comfortable and directed toward the muscular areas, avoiding the hip bone and lower ribs.
12 - Abdomen
Performed gently, this position applies light, rhythmic pressure across the abdominal wall, including the rectus abdominis and oblique muscles. The rolling action provides superficial soft-tissue and sensory stimulation, which may help the abdominal area feel relaxed without claiming to treat internal organs or reduce body fat. Infrared warmth gently heats the skin and superficial tissues, supporting comfort and relaxation. Only light pressure should be used, and rolling should stop if there is pain, nausea or abdominal discomfort.
14 - Right Arm
This position applies gentle rolling pressure to the muscular areas of the right arm, including the biceps, triceps and forearm muscles. The rhythmic action helps mobilise the surrounding soft tissues and ease feelings of tightness caused by exercise, repetitive work or prolonged computer use. Infrared warmth gently heats the skin and superficial tissues, supporting local circulation and relaxation. Pressure should remain comfortable and focused on the muscles, avoiding direct pressure over the elbow, wrist and armpit.
Complete Your BODYROLL Experience
After completing the full sequence, your body may feel warm, relaxed and more mobile. Mild redness or tenderness can occur, particularly during your first sessions or after using a higher intensity. These effects should be temporary and comfortable. After Your Session - Drink water according to your normal hydration needs. - Keep moving with a short walk or gentle mobility. - Allow tender areas time to recover before another intensive session. - If pressure felt excessive, let your Coach know so the speed, position or intensity can be adjusted next time. - Seek advice if you experience persistent pain, unusual swelling, significant bruising, numbness or dizziness. Listen to your body. BODYROLL should feel stimulating and restorative—never painful.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONs

Clear Answers before you Begin.

Do I need a consultation?
A separate consultation is not usually required, but every client completes health screening. First-time clients receive a device introduction and safety guidance.
What does it feel like?
The sensation can be firm, especially over tight areas, but it should not be sharp, pinching, numbing or bruising-level painful. Reduce speed, reposition or stop whenever needed.
what must i bring?
Bring clean socks and water. Wear fitted active wear with full length legs and preferably arms, tie long hair up securely and remove jewellery—including navel piercings—before your session.
Can i use bodyroll before or after exercise?
DEPS is best positioned as a complementary technology. It can support muscle activation, conditioning and recovery, but it does not replace a complete movement, nutrition or medical plan.
how quickly will i notice a difference?
Some people report feeling more relaxed or less tight after one session. Recovery, mobility and skin-appearance responses vary, and no particular body result is guaranteed.
Is BODYROLL medical lymphatic drainage?
No. BODYROLL is a wellness roll-massage service. It does not replace assessment or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional and is not medical lymphoedema treatment.
