START WITH YOUR GOAL
What would you like help with?
The same advanced device supports two very different experiences. Start with the result you are looking for and we will direct you to the right service.
Pain, injury or a specific area
Choose Targeted Local Cryotherapy when the goal is short-term pain relief, swelling management or focused recovery support.
Post-training soreness or recovery
A focused Local Cryo session may suit general muscle soreness and recovery without an injury consultation.
Puffiness, redness or tired-looking skin
Choose the Full Spectrum LED Cryo Facial for a cooling, non-invasive facial focused on freshness, tone and skin goals.
TARGETED LOCAL CRYOTHERAPY
Focused relief, exactly where you need it.
★★★★★
Your Coach directs a stream of controlled, as low as −30°C, cold air across a selected area while continuously monitoring your comfort and skin response.
Cooling temporarily reduces local blood flow and nerve conduction. This can provide short-term pain relief and help manage swelling. Once treatment ends, the area gradually rewarms and normal circulation returns.

THE RIGHT START FOR INJURY CARE.
WHEN IS A
CONSULTATION
REQUIRED?
For injuries, chronic or complex conditions, tendinopathies and post-operative recovery,
your Coach first reviews your symptoms, relevant history and goals before creating a safe treatment plan.
No separate consultation is usually needed for: General Muscle Soreness, Routine Workout Recovery, General Wellness & Recovery
TARGETED BY DESIGN
Areas we can assess and treat
Local Cryotherapy can be directed to many upper- and lower-body areas. The right application depends on your symptoms,

FULL SPECTRUM LED CRYO FACIAL

cryo
Cool & refresh Controlled cold can temporarily reduce puffiness and soothe the appearance of redness.
led
Target with light Specific light wavelengths are selected to match skin goals such as rejuvenation or blemish support.
our led colour guide
what do the different colours do?
LED colour is shorthand for wavelength. Different wavelengths interact with skin in different ways, so your Coach selects a program around your goals rather than choosing a colour for appearance alone.
RED
Firmness & Visible Ageing
Red-light photobiomodulation is commonly selected to support collagen activity, elasticity and smoother-looking skin.
blue
Blemish-prone skin
Blue light is used in acne-focused protocols because acne-associated bacteria contain light-sensitive compound
amber
Cycling Apparel
Visible redness & toneAmber or yellow programs may be chosen to support an even-looking complexion and calm the appearance of redness.
green
Uneven-looking tone
Green programs are often used for pigmentation and tone goals, although the clinical evidence is less developed than red or blue.
purple
Mixed skin priorities
Combined red-and-blue programs can address the appearance of blemishes while also supporting repair and rejuvenation goals.
full spectrum
More than one skin goal
Access to multiple LED colours lets your Coach select a goal-led program instead of using one light colour for every client.
why full spectrum?
Skin concerns rarely fit into one neat category. Multiple LED options allow the treatment to be better matched to the day’s priority—such as blemish support, visible redness, tone or rejuvenation—and adjusted over time. “Full Spectrum” here means a choice of visible-light programs; it does not mean ultraviolet exposure.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
QUESTIONS, Local Cryo + LED Cryo Facial FAQs
What is the difference between Local Cryo and a Cryo Facial?
Targeted Local Cryotherapy directs cold air to a selected body area for pain, swelling or recovery support. The Full Spectrum LED Cryo Facial is designed for the face and combines controlled cooling with a goal-led LED program for skin-focused care.
Do I need a consultation before Local Cryotherapy?
A $99, 45-minute consultation is required for injuries, chronic or complex conditions, tendinopathies and post-operative recovery. It is generally not required for routine post-training soreness or general recovery, although every client completes safety screening.
Do I need a consultation before a Cryo Facial?
Usually no. A health and skin-safety screen is completed before treatment. Tell your Coach about active skin conditions, recent procedures, light sensitivity and any photosensitising medication or skincare.
Does −30°C mean my skin reaches −30°C?
No. −30°C describes the temperature of the air produced by the device. The Coach moves and controls the applicator while monitoring your skin response; the treatment area is not intended to reach −30°C, instead we reduce the treatment area temperature down by 10-15 degrees below the starting temperature and maintain this for 3-7 minutes, depending on what condition is being treated.
How long does a treatment take?
Targeted Local Cryotherapy is commonly delivered in a short, area-specific session, often around 10–15 minutes depending on the treatment plan. Allow approximately 20–30 minutes for the combined Cryo Facial and LED experience.
Is there downtime?
Most clients return to their day immediately. Temporary coldness, tingling or mild redness can occur. Your Coach will explain any activity or skincare guidance relevant to your treatment.
Can LED treat every skin concern?
No. LED is a supportive, non-invasive treatment and results vary. It does not replace diagnosis or treatment by a GP or dermatologist, particularly for persistent acne, changing lesions, infection or unexplained skin symptoms.
Are Local Cryo packages available?
No. Both services use straightforward pay-per-session pricing, allowing the treatment choice and frequency to remain responsive to your needs.
