What is the difference between the two memberships?
Both cost $88 per renewal and include four ACTIV uses plus one free 30-minute BodyRoll session. Weekly renews every 7 days; fortnightly renews every 14 days. Fortnightly members receive four ACTIV uses across the whole fortnight, rather than four each week.
Is BodyRoll included in my four ACTIV uses?
No. Your free 30-minute BodyRoll session is an additional inclusion. You still receive all four ACTIV uses per renewal period, and a single 30 minute BODYROLL Session upon each renewal period.
Do I have to use all four different ACTIV devices?
No. Use any combination of BIKE, TREAD, STEP and VIBE, or use the same device four times. Each device use counts as one credit, with the individual device time limits shown above.
Can I cancel or carry unused ACTIV credits forward?
There is no lock-in contract. Cancel before your next renewal, in line with your membership terms. Unused ACTIV credits expire at the end of the current renewal period and do not roll over. Memberships and credits cannot be shared or transferred.
How do I join and book my sessions?
You can purchase your Membership online through our Fresha App. Just use either of the membership buttons below. Sessions are subject to availability during trading hours.

When does my free BodyRoll session renew?
Your entitlement renews when your membership renews: one 30-minute session each week for weekly members, or one 30-minute session each fortnight for fortnightly members. Ask your QUANTUM Coach to arrange your session.
What happens when all memberships are taken?
Once our membership quota is filled, we cannot offer new memberships until an existing member cancels and a place becomes available. Contact the team to check current availability if you wish to purchase a Membership but none are showing as available online. We can add you to the waitlist.
